A Dubai moving company, and only that
Serene Dubai Movers has been moving homes and businesses across Dubai since 2021. We work in one emirate, which is a deliberate choice — the difference between a good move and a bad one here is almost always local knowledge, and that is not something you can hold for the whole country at once.
Knowing that a Marina tower will give you four hours on the service lift, that a Downtown permit takes a week at month-end, that a Deira walk-up needs a different crew size, that Friday moving stops at 11:30 — none of that is exotic expertise. It is just the accumulated result of doing this in Dubai rather than in general.
What we actually promise
Three things, and we would rather be judged on these than on adjectives.
We look before we quote. In person or on a video call, but we see the rooms, the stairs and the parking before we give you a number. That is what makes a fixed price honest rather than optimistic.
We name the extras up front. Long carries, stair moves, storage, specialist items. If any of them apply, they are on the written quote before you agree to anything. The complaint in nearly every bad moving review in this city is a charge that appeared on the day, and it is entirely avoidable.
We handle the building paperwork. The trade licence, the insurance certificate, the coordination with building management, the lift slot. It is the part of a Dubai move most likely to go wrong and the part customers have the least ability to influence.
What we will not do
We do not publish claims we cannot evidence. You will not find a star rating on this site that is not backed by real reviews, a customer count we cannot substantiate, or an “insured” badge without a document behind it. If you want to see the insurance certificate, ask and we will send it.
We also will not quote a job we have not seen. It is possible to win more work by giving a low number on the phone and adjusting on the day. We would rather lose the enquiry.
How a move runs

Survey and fixed quote
A walkthrough in person or over video call, so we see the volume and the access. You get one written price covering everything discussed.

Permits and planning
We prepare the trade licence and insurance paperwork your building management asks for, and confirm the service lift booking and time slot.

Packing and protection
Room by room, labelled by destination room. Fragile items are wrapped individually; furniture gets covers and corner protection before it moves.

Loading and transport
Dismantling where needed, then loading in a planned order so nothing is carrying weight it should not. Everything travels secured, not stacked loose.

Unloading and placement
Boxes go to the room named on the label, not the hallway. Furniture is reassembled and placed where you want it before the crew leaves.

Walkthrough and sign-off
We check both properties with you, take away the packing debris, and only close the job when you are satisfied nothing is missing or damaged.
